I have been putting quite a lot of thought into how I was going to join Rowan's afghan ... and so today I set out on doing some research online.
In the end the stitch I chose was one that had video tutorials so it was easier to learn.
I liked this stitch too because it was light airy feeling like quite a few of the blocks I've done. It also creates a border on each square which not only ties the color into it, but also make my squares ever so slightly larger, which is nice because it saves me some time :) I also won't have to go around the entire afghan with a border stitch either. another bonus.
Anyhoodle.. here are the results.... I've put 4 blocks together to give it a try :)
