Ok I'm done. Man this was a laborious project! I have to fit it onto Rowan when she gets home from school. I'm hoping its long enough, if not, I'll probably add a few more rows.
The top part is a bit big for her, but I think i'll be able to sinch it enough with the ribbon to make it fit ok. We'll see... I'll probalby post pics of her wearing it later today.
