In 2009 I started a journey that would change my life completely... with one single jogging step. Three years later I am down 85 pounds, I have run 2 half marathons, will begin training for my first full marathon shortly, and I spend upwards of two hours of my day working out. I am in the greatest shape of my life.

haha it happens when your a new mom.. on the bright side I haven't been blogging alot, to nice and sunny outside all summer lol
